Every person you deal with here is an owner
Shorty Sharrow started C.C. Sharrow Co. in 1952. His three sons joined the business. In 1994 the company established an ESOP, and since 2000 it has been 100% owned by its employees.
That’s not a plaque on the wall. The person who swages your assembly, the technician who inspects your crane, and the rep who answers your call all have a stake in whether you call back. It is the most reliable explanation we have for why our customers stay.
